The conference has an excellent social program. Get to know one of Germany´s most enchanting cities and areas with many historic sites like Rothenburg, Bamberg or Würzburg. Nürnberg is also a good starting point for trips to Munich (= 2 hours by car, 1.5 hours by train), the Alpes (2.5 hours by car) or Heidelberg (3.0 hours by car).

AND OF COURSE bring your spouse to the Gala Dinner on Friday Sep. 10^th and/or the Historians´ Dinner, Saturday September 11^th.
